Variety Moscato: Bianco
Production area: Piedmont - Vineyards located in Langa, Moscato d’Asti’s traditional home.
Vinification: The grapes are soft-crushed and the sweet must is held in tanks at low temperature before fermentation and refermentation in pressure tanks.
Maturation: No maturation is required as the wine goes into bottle after fermentation.
Sensory profile: Moderately intense straw yellow with greenish highlights. The fragrant nose reveals the Moscato grape’s varietal aromas of roses, geraniums, citrus fruits and sage. A wine with lively mousse and a characteristically full, sweet and aroma rich flavor.
Alcohol content: 5.5%
Storage: Store in a cool, dark room and drink young to appreciate the wine’s subtle spectrum of aromatics.
